Restaurant Källan

A restaurant with a panoramic view of Lapland located at the top of Västerbotten’s highest mountain landscape, Åmliden.

We always cook the food with the greatest care, good ingredients and love of craftsmanship.

All food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is pre-booked at least 24 hours before you arrive, for a guaranteed pleasant experience.

Dinner menu
Great ingredients are a matter of course on our menu. Here you will usually find game and fish up close as well as vegetarian alternatives. Feel free to enhance the taste with one of our good wines from the hotel’s wine cellar. Treat yourself to a visit to Restaurang Källan and enjoy food to Restaurang Källan’s beautiful view. There is always a choice of chefs from our seasonal menu served at Källan (feel free to report allergies).
Monday-Thursday, the evening’s husman, Friday-Saturday a 3-course menu is served.

A 3-course menu is also possible Tuesday-Thursday for groups of 6 or more people.

Lunch
The lunch is prepared according to a traditional home-cooked recipe with seasonal products. For all our lunches, salad and freshly baked bread, coffee / tea and home-baked cookies with real butter are also served.

Lunch is served to groups of at least 6 people or more Tuesday to Saturday between 12: 00-13: 00. Book at least 24 hours before the visit.

Källans café
Here is also Källans Café. Come in and have a good homemade cake and sandwiches. Open Monday to Saturday between 13: 00-18: 00.

Source Bar
Here is also Källans Bar with a well-stocked selection of local and international drinks. We offer a bar menu with snacks and small dishes. Open during manned times.
