Forgotten
Fill in your details and describe the item you forgot with us, also describe where you think you forgot it (if it is in the room, it is enough to fill in the room number).
We will provide feedback with information on whether your forgotten item has been found or not, if it has been found, we will find a solution on how we arrange a possible return.
However, we reserve the right not to store found items for more than 3 months. Food, beverages, underwear and hygiene items are not saved.
