COVID-19 Information

Källan follows the authorities’ guidelines and recommendations. We have strengthened our cleaning and hygiene routines and instructed our employees to further tighten our routines regarding disinfection of frequently used surfaces, personal hand hygiene, ensuring that hand sanitizers are available in all public areas and helping guests to keep their distance.

We only accept pre-bookings to be able to plan and guide guests to keep their distance and we limit the number of visitors at a time in pool and relaxation areas. We currently do not offer spa treatments with a therapist and have replaced the experience with a “do it yourself” treatment. By adapting our food selection, we can offer a secure hotel breakfast and a limited menu for lunch and dinner served at the table. In addition, we ensure that meetings and conference guests receive delivery of coffee in the conference room and lunch and dinner are served with a plate. We encourage and ensure that our employees are healthy at work and assume that our guests do the same and stay home in case of symptoms.

BAR

Our bar has a range from local delicacies and worldwide. Here you will find beer, wine, the occasional drink, non-alcoholic alternatives and snacks. Of course we always arrange something to eat if you wish.

SAUNA & RELAX

Relax and get new energy in our sauna and relax. You will find them downstairs, take a towel with you from the room and change in our changing rooms, open 24 hours a day to our accommodation guests and Monday-Saturday between 12:00 – 18:00 to our day guests.

BROADBAND

The entire hotel has WiFi and broadband.

BICYCLE STORAGE

We have bicycle storage if needed. Contact the reception for help.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER

In our parking lot there are four type 2, AC chargers for your electric or charging hybrid car. Tell the reception on arrival. Service fee will be added.

ELECTRICITY TRACK

At Källan Hotell there is an electric light track of three km. During the snow season, we draw a cross-country ski trail that is free to use for our guests. We also have a limited number of retro skis for rent for those who have left their own skis at home.

EXTRA BED

Will you be an extra person in the room? No problem, our room can accommodate an extra bed. (extra cost will be added)

BREAKFAST

Our breakfast is served every day between 6: 00-10: 00 as a self-service buffet in the restaurant. Deviating times may occur.

GRILLKÅTA

Sit and enjoy in Grillkåtan in front of a live fire and maybe grill a sausage. Enjoy the peace and feel really good.

GYM

Exercise during your stay. Use our mini gym with free weights, treadmills and yoga mats, among other things. Open 24 hours a day for resident guests. If you want to go on a running trip, we have 3km and 5km of loops around the house. While there is snow, the hotel has a 3km illuminated ski trail.

PETS

With us, pets are welcome. We have special animal-friendly rooms intended for pets on the ground floor with their own exit right into nature. Guide dogs live free of charge upon presentation of identification issued by NAV in Norway or the National Association of the Visually Impaired in Sweden. Let us know at the time of booking that you wish to bring your four-legged friend.

CARAVAN / CARAVAN SEAT

If you come with a caravan or motorhome and want to come in and live or enjoy the Spa or restaurant, it is of course fine. We have special places for those with caravans and motorhomes.

Check-in takes place from 15.00 and check-out no later than 11.00.

In the summer, our outdoor cold pool is open.

Our reception is happy to help you with copying at a certain cost.

ENGINE HEATER

We offer engine heaters and are included in overnight stays / conference (limited number, first come, first served).

MEETING ROOM

You will find time for meetings and conversations with us – book one of our conference rooms. We offer meeting rooms for 2 to 100 people.

PARKING

Free parking is available in close proximity to the hotel. We also have a limited number of engine heater poles.

Life becomes so much nicer when you have a gift card to use with us. Buy them at our reception or online here on our website.

We are here for you! Our reception is staffed Monday-Saturday between 09:00 – 18:00.

During unmanned times you can reach us on 0918 – 321 00.

Do you think you will arrive after 23.00? No problem, just let us know at the time of booking and we will make sure you get the information you need to access your hotel room.

RESTAURANT AND CAFÉ

We strive to be the natural choice for dinners and restaurant experiences. We have varying opening hours and offers, contact the reception for current information or book us online. We have full rights.

Bar, café and kitchen are open during staffed hours Monday-Saturday.

WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY ROOMS

We have rooms that are adapted to different types of needs, such as wheelchairs or other types of disabilities. Let us know your needs at the time of booking and we will solve it.

SMOKING

Källan is a non-smoking hotel. It is therefore forbidden to smoke in all our rooms and surfaces indoors. If the ban is exceeded, a fee of SEK 3,500 is charged, which is charged at check-out.

SKOGSKÅTAN

Book a cozy excursion with food to our Skogskåtan. It is located next to the hotel and you can book the dining experience with a chef or as catering where you cook your own food with friends and colleagues. We prepare everything for your convenience.

We also have cots for our youngest guests.

OUTDOOR JACUZZI (Nature Spa)

We have a jacuzzi for those who want to swim in the open air. Book through the reception or online.

WATER

You have access to Källans water from your own cold spring in all taps in the hotel.

WINTER EQUIPMENT

It is possible to rent retro skis, backpacks, winter clothes, winter shoes and snowshoes from us (limited number).

WIFI

We have WiFi in all buildings. Sit where you want and surf for as long as you want. Contact the reception to access the login information. If you have problems logging in, talk to staff and we will help you.
